Shipping Methods:

Domestic:

Regular Shipping:

    Orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service.

    Over 5 pounds will be shipped UPS Ground Service.

Rush or Special Delivery:

    Call (865) 691-3207or email sales@sporttimeusa.com to arrange for "Rush" or "Special Delivery" orders.

International:

    Call (865) 691-3207 or email sales@sporttimeusa.com for international orders.

Rates:

Domestic Regular Shipping:
    

• Umbrella 62:" - $7 first item, $2 each additional
• Umbrella 42" - $5 first item, $1 each additional

Delivery Time:

Delivery time will generally take from three to seven days for addresses in the United States. During peak demand periods there may be up to 10 days delay in shipping for items that may be temporarily out of stock.

Where We Ship:

We ship anywhere within the United States. Contact us directly to arrange for international shipments.

Returns:

If, upon receipt, you find an item to be defective, you may return it for an exchange. We cannot accept returns if the item has been used or subjected to damaging conditions beyond our control.

Billing Policy:

Credit Cards will be charged upon shipping. Money Orders will be deposited upon shipping. For payment by personal check, we will ship the merchandise after the check has cleared.

Payment Options

On-line payments are made through PayPal and can utilize any payment method accepted by PayPal. For special orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks, cahiers checks or money orders for domestic purchases. We will accept checks only under the condition outlined above under Billing Policy. For approved corporate accounts we will accept pre-approved purchase orders. Please, do not send cash.

For international customers, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or international money orders denominated in US dollars.

  Sales Tax:

A sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to all orders with a "Ship To" address in Tennessee.

Warranty/Disclaimer

We warrant our merchandise to be free of defects at the time of shipping. We will not be subject to claims for subsequent damages beyond our control or for misuse of the products.
